JustHR Services

JustHR can provide you with a flexible, more personal alternative to hiring a traditional HR organisation and an alternative to a full time HR staff member that may not be justified by your business. Over time we can help you to formulate the human resources infrastructure to grow with the company and can assist you and your management team to become self sufficient in the management of your human resources.

Depending on your requirements, we can act either in an ongoing support role, or on a temporary contract basis. All of our services are available in either an advisory capacity allowing for your own implementation, or as a full project incorporating planning, implementation and review.

As a temporary contractor we can provide services to assist your existing HR Department or Management team in specific projects, work overload within your business or temporary leave coverage for you HR staff.

  • Induction (development and introduction);
